di: Bahamut ZeroNella giornata di ieri si è conclusa la vicenda legale che vedeva parti avverse la dirigenza di Koei-Tecmo e Tomonobu Itagaki, il pittoresco game designer creatore di Ninja Gaiden e Dead or Alive. Gli efficienti avvocati nipponici sono riusciti a ricucire lo strappo con un accordo economico stragiudiziale. La disputa verteva su un certo quantitativo di denaro dovuto da Tecmo ad Itagaki per prestazioni lavorative mai retribuite.
L’ex leader del Team Ninja ha oggi affermato con un annuncio che la questione si è felicemente risolta, anche se non sono stati resi noti i termini dell’accordo.
Ha invece parlato invece del suo ritorno al gaming con un nuovo titolo, attualmente in sviluppo, che definisce divertimento di alto livello e connotato da una inedita profondità di gioco.

I, Tomonobu Itagaki, announce that a settlement was amicably reached on February 26th, 2010 upon a mutual agreement with respect to the lawsuit for remuneration, etc. that I filed against Tecmo, Ltd. claiming the payment of unpaid remuneration, and unpaid wages, and payment of compensation for dismissal, etc.
