Matias Myllyrinne, CEO di Remedy, ha rivelato che il franchise di Alan Wake ha raggiunto 4,5 milioni di copie vendute. Questa cifra comprende sia l’originale Alan Wake che lo spin-off Alan Wake’s American Nightmare. Attualmente la software house è al lavoro su Quantum Break in esclusiva Xbox One, ma non ha escluso per il futuro il ritorno di Alan Wake. Recentemente si è vociferato anche di un remastered di Alan Wake su Xbox One.
