di: al85exIl colosso videoludico Sony Computer Entertainment ha comunicato poche ore fà di essere pronto a rilasciare due fondamentali aggiornamenti per il servizio interattivo PlayStation Home. Il primo dei due update verrà rilasciato oggi e implementerà sul servizio virtuale un nuovo gioco denominato Minna de Spelunker in cui gli utenti saranno in grado di accedere ad una “particolare statua” e lanciare le sessioni di gioco multiplayer. Il secondo update invece verrà rilasciato il prossimo 26 Marzo e implementerà una versione aggiornata di Resident Evil 5 Photo Studio in cui gli utenti potranno accedere ad un minigioco sulla saga targata Capcom e potranno inoltre trovare un nuovo negozio chiamato Adam’s Shop in cui troveremo nuovi costumi per Chris e Sheva. Anche i fan di Street Fighter IV potranno ritenersi soddisfatti, perchè potranno acquistare nuovi oggetti per E. Honda, Zangeif, Dhalsim, and Blanka. Di seguito la news ufficiale:
–Mar 19, 2009, 16:00, Tokyo–Sony Computer Entertainment shared details today on the next set of major updates for the PlayStation Home virtual world service. The service will see an update today, to be followed by another one next week.
Today’s update adds a lounge for Irem’s PS3 download title Minna de Spelunker. Visitors to this lounge will be able to access a special statue in order to kick off a multiplayer play session.
The next update, set for the 26th, appears to be far more substantial. The main piece of content for this day is an updated Resident Evil 5 Photo Studio. Users will have access to a mini game which will be playable simultaneously by multiple players, with Home Rewards being on the line.
New items are on the way on the 26th as well. Inside the RE5 Photo Studio, users will find a special shop called Adam’s Shop. This shop will sell costumes from RE5’s main characters Chris and Sheva. This will be the first time Home has offered in-lounge shops.
Street Fighter IV fans will be able to purchase items for the fighter using the more standard Home channels. Items themed around E. Honda, Zangeif, Dhalsim, and Blanka, will be available on the 26th.
Those who want some free goodies should enter Home today. Sony will be offering Home Rewards themed around Resistance and Gomibako to those who respond to a survey
