NPD ha annunciato i dati di vendita del mese di Giugno negli USA. In ambito console poche novità con Nintendo Switch che ha battuto PS4 e Xbox One. Il mercato hardware è però calato del 17% rispetto al mese di Giugno dello scorso anno, segno questo che gli utenti inizino a sentire odore di next-gen.

Lato software è The Last of Us Part II il gioco più venduto del mese che è il gioco ad aver incassato di più nel mese di lancio durante il 2020. L’opera Naughty Dog ha anche registrato il secondo miglior mese di debutto di un’esclusiva Playstation negli USA, secondo solo a Marvel’s Spider-Man. Di seguito la Top 20:
