La software house Midway è lieta di annunciare che il titolo picchiaduro che vede opporsi il mondo di Mortal Kombat contro quello di DC Comics è entrato in fase Gold e si stà preparando per raggiungere gli scaffali europei. Ricordiamo a tutti che il titolo è sviluppato per Microsoft Xbox360 e Sony PlayStation3. Di seguito il comunicato ufficiale stilato da Midway:

I leggendari lottatori dei due potentissimi universi entreranno in collisione per il combattimento Next Gen del secolo

Chicago, Illinois - Midway Game Inc, ha confermato che Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe è in fase gold, pronto per essere distribuito in Nord America dal 16 novembre e sul mercato europeo dal 21 Novembre 2008. Nel nuovo capitolo della leggendaria serie si scontreranno i più potenti e iconici eroi di tutti i tempi.

Per la prima volta i giocatori potranno decidere se vestire i panni dei personaggi di Mortal Kombat o degli eroi della DC , inclusi Superman, Batman , Wonder Woman, Scorpion, Sub Zero e Reiden. Se si desidera assumere un'identità perfida con gli eroi dell'universo della DC si vestiranno i panni di Catwomen, Lex, Luthor o del Joker, se si preferiscono i "cattivi" di MK si lotterà con Liu Kang, Sonya o Shao Kahn. Tutti giocheranno un ruolo importante nello scioglimento del mistero: cos'ha portato alla collisione tra i 2 mondi?
