Gwent: The Witcher Card Game è entrato ufficialmente nel programma Xbox Play Anywhere. i giocatori potranno quindi adesso mantenere i progressi passando da Xbox One a PC. Supportato inoltre il cross-play tra PC e Xbox One così come avviene anche tra PC e PS4.
